1. How Soon Can I Get My Products?
Once you complete the payment, we'll ship the goods out to you within 2 business days. The goods are shipped from China to worldwide places within 7-15 business days, from the local warehouse within 5-7 business days.
We'll ship your goods by air express courier. The choice of courier varies according to the country. We deliver globally and use several major international air express couriers, including air parcel (default), UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and EMS (customer and balance required).
For bulk orders, we can also arrange to make the goods available at our store for your own forwarder to collect.
2. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that l have to pay?
The taxes, duties, and other extra charger depends on the place you are located. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no access to control and are unable to predict extra charges from your local Custom.
3. What do l do if l never received my order?

4. What do l do if l received a defective order?
