Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return an item in the new and unused condition you bought from within 30 calendar days after the day you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at first and we require the order number or proof of purchase in order to process your return or exchange. Returns must include all accessories, items must include original packaging.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error doesn't meet the warranty. For purchases not made directly through, please contact retailers for refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note: the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee

If you refuse the delivery of an order you purchased, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $20/parcel to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $20/parcel.
